Interior design of a modern apartment "SMART"

Object: A small apartment (46 sq.m.) in Kiev.

Task: to create a youth loft for a young couple.

In the meantime, there is no need to worry about it. ”

Implementation:
There are 2 bathrooms planned, a studio with a kitchen and a separate bedroom. The kitchen is maximally recessed into the wall and is located between the supporting columns. Thanks to this, it was possible to place a separate table for cooking / eating.

The elongation of the living room area makes it possible to place a comfortable sofa and a small armchair near the TV.

The bedroom has an open shelving unit with a work area. It is torn off the floor and allows you to slide the chair in when not in use. The glass cabinet adds reflections and dilutes the rough, loft texture of concrete.
